Whitman & Bingham Associates, LLC. is located in Leominster, Massachusetts near the junction of Routes 2 and 190 (See map at right). Our company serves the surveying, civil engineering requirements of clients throughout New England.

The staff at Whitman & Bingham Associates LLC includes Registered Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, licensed water and wastewater professionals, as well as many hazardous waste certifications. Our personnel are experienced in hazardous waste assessments and permitting, residential, industrial, and commercial projects, stormwater management, and environmental permitting.

Whitman & Bingham Associates, LLC. employs Computer Aided Design & Drafting (CADD) technologies in all projects. With intensive experience in this field we are well prepared to utilize the precision and economy that CADD provides. At the client's option plans and data can be provided in electronic form with direct transmittal to the client's computers.

Up-to-date electronic survey equipment and data collection enables our field personnel to perform quick and efficient field surveys, with automatic links to the Computer Aided Drafting and Design system.

Whitman & Bingham Associates, LLC. maintains a large collection of survey plans and documents dating from 1847, including the records of the former Charles A. Perkins Company. Many of these plans are available from no other source. This collection is an invaluable resource to attorneys and other land professionals working throughout the region.
